Happy New year! We are excited to see what 2024 will bring! Great events to kick of the year!
- Chamber Luncheon - Thursday, January 11th from 11:30am-1:30pm at Lindstrom Fire Hall! Click here to join us. RSVP by, Monday, January 8th at 4pm.
- Friday FIKA - Friday, January 12th from 8:30-10 am at the Chamber building. Enjoy coffee from Northwoods Roasterie, bakery treats/fruit, and make community connections!
- Meet and Greet- January 12th from 1-4pm at the Chamber. Come and meet the new staff! Sarah (Executive Director), Jana (Office Manager), and Lisa (Marketing operations specialist). Open house style, come learn about goals for 2024, ask questions, and share what you would like to see from the chamber.
- Chamber Board Meeting Retreat - Friday, January 19th at 8:30 am
- Workshop: Member Portal for ChamberMaster- January 17th, 8:00-9:00am or January 24th, 4:00-5:00pm. Bring your laptop and learn how to use the member portal in chamber master! We will go over how to login, how to add events to the calendar, how to add hot deals/special promotions and more! Please RSVP by emailing info@chisagolakeschamber.com.

Did You Know:
As a member of our chamber, you have the ability to log in as a member to the Chamber Master portal and update information, post job openings, upload photos, advertise events, promote hot deals, etc. Just send an email to info@chisagolakeschamber.com and we will help get you set up!
We can highlight your business in the weekly the newsflash and/or the monthly newsletter. The newsflash will highlight events coming up in the next week, and the monthly newsletter shares upcoming events for the month. Please email info@chisagolakeschamber.com by the dates below. Happy 2024!
I hope your December was filled with love, laughter, and delicious food!
A big goal that I have for this year is to help all of you learn how to utilize the chamber as a resource for your businesses. Advertising opportunities, sponsorships, and luncheons are the easy ways for you to lean into what the chamber has to offer. But did you know that you can upload photos, advertisements, logos, events, etc. to the chamber website? Did you know that you can log in and update your business information as your company or organization makes changes? We will be offering classes in January to help you navigate all that your membership has to offer!
Looking at the upcoming calendar, we have Celebration of the Lakes in February so keep your fingers and toes crossed for some colder weather! When I look at the list of events, there is something for everyone which is part of what makes the event so special. If you haven’t registered for the Chisago Lakes Showcase on March 23rd, we would love to have you there. This is a great way to showcase your local business. Last year we had over 1200 people attend, and by opening the event up to more types of vendors we hope for an even bigger turnout!
I am very excited to be working alongside Jana and Lisa in the office, the Board of Directors for the Chamber and Visitors Bureau, and YOU as I embark on this new journey in 2024. I look forward to meeting new people at our upcoming events and seeing familiar faces too!

Wolf Creek Online High School
Wolf Creek Online High School is seeking qualified individuals to add to our substitute teacher call list for the 2023-2024 school years.
Substitutes will work on campus on Tuesday and Thursday supervising students in labs and other campus locations.
