Fall Happenings, Gatherings & More

Hello everyone,

We hope the summer has treated you well, as we head into the last hoorah for the summer with Labor day.

We have lots of exciting things planned for the fall, some new additions, exciting workshops, and changes!

The fall is about a time when things begin to die off, as we head into the the more introspective time of winter. It is an auspcious time to release anything that may not serve you. So just as the turning of the leaves, and the smell in the air, we invite in aroma of change for ourselves. This is a time to highly connect through your spirituality and mediation, as well as your yoga (asana) practice.

May your fall be filled with back to school cheers, the smell of pumpkin and apples, and the warmth of your long lost favorite sweat shirt!

The studio also does schedule private classes, which are by appointment only, but offer you a more individual practice with supplemental materials to help grow your own practice, call or email us today.
