Falcon Flyers ~ Easter Egg Hunt

Falcon Flyers ~ Easter Egg Hunt at Local Preschools

On Monday the Falcon Flyers held an Easter Egg Hunt for Courtyard Early Learning Center at both of their locations. Our students volunteered their time hiding Easter eggs for the preschoolers as well as helping the preschoolers find the eggs after they were hidden. Once the Easter Egg Hunt was over, they spent the remainder of their time playing with the preschoolers in their outdoor play areas. Projects such as this are a great service community opportunity for our students AND they all had a fun time together. It was a WIN, WIN!

Talent Show Registration 2022

The Blair Oaks Elementary and Blair Oaks Intermediate Schools' Talent Show will take place on Friday, May 13, 2022! Grades K-2 will perform at 9:00 AM and Grades 3-5 will perform at 1:00 PM. The Talent Show will take place in the High School Auditorium. It is optional and not required.

Please fill out the Google form below if your student would like to participate in the Talent Show! The form is due to by TODAY Friday, April 8, 2022, no late submissions accepted. Please fill out the form completely and read carefully! Once the form is completed and submitted, you will get a confirmation email. A video of your student's talent must then be submitted or they will not be able to perform in the Talent Show. When choosing a talent, keep in mind that the show will be held on a stage in the Auditorium. *No pets will be allowed in the talent show.

There were many young artists around the Jefferson City area that submited their creative pieces to the JC Museum Found Object Art Contest! Congratulations to all 26 finalists and our top winners! Blair Oaks was represented well in this contest. We are so proud of your young artists.

Grades K-8

Students entering grades K-8 in the 2022-2023 school year
Students entering grades 6-8 choose their class preference
Mondays-Thursday (No Fridays)
Session 1 (June 1 - June 15) and Session 2 (June 16 - June 30)
Free enrollment. Only the cost of breakfast and lunch.

Driver's Education

Must be 15 years of age by June 15, 2022
Dates: June 1, 2, 6, 7, 8
Requirements of 30 hours of class work time and 18 driving hours (driving hours are scheduled separately from the dates listed above)
Fee: Blair Oaks Residents - $45
Fee: Non-Resident - $100
Cost of breakfast and lunch
District students receive priority enrollment thru April 18, 2022 - $45
Open enrollment, including out of district students, thru May 6, 2022 - $100
Processed on a first come, first served basis

High School Physical Education

Dates: June 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16
Students missing more than one day will not receive credit
Free enrollment. Only the cost of breakfast and lunch.
