Hometown will begin MAP testing tomorrow, Monday, August 30th and Tuesday, August 31st for grades 1st through 5th. Our Kindergarten students will test later in the week on Thursday. This test will determine where your child's instructional level is and will measure academic progress throughout the school year.
Please make sure your child gets a good night sleep, a healthy breakfast in the morning and has a charged chromebook for testing. Students will also need a set of headphones with them for testing. Please pack those in their backpacks. We cannot wait to celebrate what your children have already learned and look forward to growing throughout the year.
