The Week of January 29th, 2024
AT A GLANCE...
Good Evening Husky Families
It’s time to “Hit the Books”! The Shorebirds are once again sponsoring the “Hit the Books Reading Challenge”. They will reward every student at Warwick that is on the correct reading step by February 23rd with two free Upper Reserved Seat Vouchers to be used on our school’s designated day at the ballpark. These vouchers will be distributed approximately three weeks before the game date. Students will also be honored for their reading accomplishments with a pre-game parade at the Arthur W. Perdue Stadium prior to the game. Schools that participate and have the highest redemption percentage of Hit the Book tickets will receive a $1,000 donation to their school.
The step goal for Feb. 23rd is currently 336.
Mark your calendars for our Joe Corbi's Fundraiser Delivery Day on February 6th. We need parent volunteers to help when the delivery truck arrives at 9:00 am. We will need to inventory and sort the orders. Please call the school and let the office know if you're able to help.
Our P.A.W.S. Parent Group is excited to share that they will be doing Valentine's Day Candy Grams for students. They will be $2.00 and can be ordered on the flier/link below.
