Braemar PAC Update

As we embark upon a bustling Winter season, the Braemar PAC is pleased to present a comprehensive timeline outlining the upcoming events and associated deadlines.

November 14 to 17

• Downtown East Side and Women's Centre Clothing Drive
• new underwear and socks
• leggings, joggers, and pants (Especially small and mediums)
• T-Shirts
• Hoodies
• shoes and boots (sizes 8 and 9 especially)
• jackets and coats for colder, wet weather
• scarves, toques, and gloves

November 15, 16, and 17 – Giving Tree Gift Drop Off

• A friendly reminder that the deadline to drop off the gifts is either November 15th, 16th, and 17th, between 8:30-9.00am or 3:00-3:30pm (2:00-2:30pm on November 15th).
  

November 17 – Braemar Hoodie Order Deadline

• We are doing another round of orders for our Braemar hoodies by West Coast Monograms! Get your order in now and get your hoodie(s) before the holidays.

November 20 – Purdys and Growing Smiles Order Deadline

• Growing Smiles (supporting grade 7s): Order beautiful holiday plants such as poinsettias, wreaths, and planters. Support BPAC programs while making the holidays beautiful for you and your loved ones!

November 29 and 30 – Holiday Market Donation Drop Off

December 1, 5 and 6 – Holiday Market Donation Drop Off

• Families are encouraged to donate “gift items” - remember, you could be receiving this as a gift from your little one!! So think about toys, decorative items, unused bath and body products, games, puzzles or accessories like scarves and jewellery. Please do not donate old CDs or DVD’s, used cosmetics products or damaged goods. We will also have a gift wrap station, so please donate all those gift bags you have been collecting over the years!

December 4 – Online Auction Donation Deadline

• The BPAC will be hosting an online auction in early December to raise funds for our spider web replacement. In addition to securing auction donations from local businesses, we are looking to our Braemar families for any donations they may wish to contribute.
• This Auction donation request is not the same as our request for Braemar Holiday Market donations (where all donated items are sold for $2).
  

December 5 – Purdys and Growing Smiles Order Pick Up

December 7 and 8 – Holiday Market

• This is such a fun initiative that allows the students to purchase gifts for $2 for their loved ones!
  

December 8 – Online Auction Opens

December 12 – Pub Night and Online Auction Closes

• Connect with other parents and caregivers from the school community over locally crafted brews. Tickets are pay-what-you-can (min $15) with all proceeds going to the spider web replacement fund and include light bar snacks. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options available for purchase. Our online auction fundraiser will be live on-screen for placing exciting final bids.
