Academic Eligibility

Waivers are due for students that failed the second nine weeks (December 16) no later than January 10th at 2:50 PM to Mrs. Shaw's office in the B-Building. All information must be completed and signed when it comes to the office. Attached is the waiver form for your students. Remember, your students are responsible for getting waivers completed and turned into my office.

In order to qualify for a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo scholarship, all minimum requirements must be met.
Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Foundation Scholarships
TSCRF is committed to assisting students further their education and developing new leaders in the industry. Scholarships are provided to encourage the brightest and best to dedicate their professional careers to this industry.
Texas FFA Scholarships
*SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS OPEN ON JANUARY 13 AND CLOSE ON APRIL 19.
National FFA Scholarship
Scholarships support FFA high school seniors and collegiate members. Just one application is required for multiple scholarship opportunities totaling close to $2 million.

School and district scholarships for high school seniors can be found and applied for here.
Farm Credit Scholarship Program
Are you a high school senior with an agricultural background? Are you looking to pursue a career within the agricultural industry? CFC is hosting a statewide scholarship contest for agricultural high school seniors throughout the state.

Major Barn Clean-Up Schedule
Barn clean-ups are mandatory for members housing at the Bobby Verdine Ag Facility during the major stock show season.
