Trouble-Shooting Chromebooks Issues
Help with Technology
We're dealing with a number of individual Chromebook issues, but are starting to see some commonality. Rebooting the device (in some cases for the first time in months) allows for pending OS updates to apply and can significantly improve overall performance. I've seen it resolve several types of zoom connection issues, including mic/camera not working, lagging, etc.
Please reboot your Chromebooks if you are currently experiencing these difficulties and continue to reboot your Chromebook weekly. We have asked teachers to reinforce this message during the morning meeting.
If you continue to have technology issues, please click the link below, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
