If you submitted your pre-entry form for photography without descriptions (what the focus of the photo is) please call the office or email mandy.contrerez@unl.edu with your descriptions as soon as possible. We are transitioning to printed entry tags, similar to those used at the Nebraska State Fair, which means the description will be printed on each tag for each photo prior to judging.

The office will be closed on Friday, July 14th as all staff will be at the Curtis Community Center for Clothing and Photography judging. The office phone (308-367-4424) will still be answered and Mandy will be available at the Community Center to assist with any fair pre-entry forms. Forms can either be dropped off at the Community Center with Kathy, Mandy or Haley, slid under the door at the office or emailed to mandy.contrerez@unl.edu.

All forms are available for pick-up at the office. For your convenience, they can also be found at https://extension.unl.edu/statewide/frontier/fairbook2/. Forms can be emailed to mandy.contrerez@unl.edu or dropped off at the office.

Below is a schedule for the static building at Stockville with time slots that have already been filled. We are in need of a few more volunteers (clubs, families and/or independent members) to supervise the building during fair. The building has air conditioning! Please contact the office as soon as possible to help us fill the remaining time slots. Slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
