KOVALESKI'S KEYNOTE
ENCOUNTER CHRIST IN HOLY MOMENTS
(Video Note: The Holy Moments videos shared each week are titled using the prompt from the week before as they "recap" the previous week's prompt and introduce us to the new prompt for the upcoming week.)
Everyone you meet is going through something difficult, even though we can’t always see it. Take some time this week to think about people you may want to check in with–whether it’s your best friend or someone you rarely speak to. Imagine how much it would make their day to know that you care! And remember, some moments are holy. Some moments are unholy. And you decide!
Tips to Create This Holy Moment:
- Who is someone from the past that you haven’t talked to in a while? Make the effort to give them a call this week.
- Send someone a funny or encouraging video and let them know you are thinking of them.
- Mail a letter to someone who moved away!
We want to hear about the amazing ways you and your family are collaborating with God! Email Meghan Gorzalski at mgorzalski@waukeshacatholic.org and tell us about a special Holy Moment you witnessed or created. Let’s keep the Holy Momentum going!

60th Annual Waukesha Christmas Parade
Calling all Angels, Shepherds, and Wisemen! Save the date!
Mark your calendars!
This year, the Catholic Community of Waukesha and Waukesha Catholic School will partner together by walking in the 60th Annual Waukesha Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 3, 2023.
Our students are asked to dress warmly as angels, shepherds, and wise men and join with their parents to walk together in the parade. This year's parade theme is A Holiday Gem. Our students and their families are also welcome to dress in a festive way, celebrating this theme. We are very excited to participate in Waukesha’s 60th Annual Christmas Parade with our school families once again! Stay tuned for more information in next week's Campus Connection!
WE ARE SO CLOSE!
Thank you to one of our alumni for making an incredible $6,000 donation, raising our current total raised to just over $36,950! We are very grateful for everyone’s help in raising these much-needed funds. We are hopeful that together we can raise just a little more to reach our goal of $45,000.
Waukesha Catholic is currently in third place among all the schools participating in the
Archdiocese, with Dominican High School in first place at $58,326, followed by Christ King
School at $41,243. Will you please help us move the needle?
All donations received through Tuesday, October 31 will count toward classroom totals for our
four fun classroom prizes! Winning classrooms will be announced in November. It’s not too late to help your child’s classroom win an Ice Cream Party, a Donut
Squad Party, a Popcorn/Movie Party, or a Pizza Party! Which classroom will be among our
lucky top four?
