Bounce
Bounce calls itself "a fun and easy way to share ideas on the web." But, it can be so much more. Choose a web page to "bounce", highlight text and add notes and you've created an activity to share with your students. Lingro
The Common Core Standards place an emphasis on Vocabulary Acquisition and Use asking students to develop a vocabulary that supports their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. Wordle
Wordle creates a word cloud from any text. The larger the word the more frequently it is found in the original text. This is a great tool for comparing articles, speeches, or creating questions and discussion. Website: http://www.wordle.net
