DEVELOPING ASSESSMENT-CAPABLE VISIBLE LEARNERS
This strand is offered during session 2 and 4 only
This strand provides the opportunity for participants to understand what it means to develop assessment-capable learners in a student-centered classroom. This session will provide an introduction to Hattie's research in visible learning, and lay the foundation to dive into what it means to be a learner.

STUDENT-CENTERED COACHING FOR BEGINNERS
This strand is offered during session 1 only
In this session, we will continue our learning in the Student-Centered Coaching Model by introducing the stages of a Student-Centered Coaching Cycle and examining the process for setting the goals of a coaching cycle.

EDUPHORIA! BUILDING DEPTH OF UNDERSTANDING

This session will focus on learning how to create a quick check in Eduphoria using the item banks for non-interactive and interactive questions. Come learn how to build a test, as I guide you step by step. This session will allow time for practice, so please ensure you can log in to your eduphoria account.

PERFORMANCE MATTERS 101

Are you new to creating courses in Performance Matters, or just need a refresher? Join us to review the basics of Performance Matters and all things district-wide PD.
FROM CONCRETE TO ABSTRACT: HOW TO SUPPORT STUDENTS WITH IEP'S IN A MATH CLASSROOM

COACHING NEW TEACHERS (AND VETERANS) USING DATA
This strand is offered during session 1 and 3
What tools do you use to coach your new teachers? Do they consistently support teacher and student growth? If you need resources, this session is for you! Come see how a coaching data tracker, which aligns with T-TESS, supports growth and can serve as an artifact of your coaching. You will learn how to use the tracking tool and have an opportunity to practice with colleagues.
FOCUS GROUP: NEW TEACHER CAMPUS INDUCTION PROGRAM
This strand is offered during session 2 and 3
2021-2022 ILA focus group members who participated in providing feedback to the Teacher Induction & Retention Office in support of the development of a new teacher support framework are invited to attend this session to provide input on the revised efforts of this project. The redesign of new teacher support into a people-driven induction model will be reviewed to then allow time for feedback of the new Campus Induction Program document.

GENERAL EDUCATION FIRST: COACHING IN THE BSC CLASSROOMS
This strand is offered during session 2 and 3
Teachers in BSC (Behavior Support Curriculum) classrooms are charged with providing grade level curriculum to multiple grade levels. They need to ensure that students receive engaging, vigorous lessons while still meeting individualized needs based on students' IEPs. Learn about the challenges in implementing lessons in the BSC class and how we can ensure our students receive a high level of instruction.
SETTING UP STUDENTS FOR SUCCESS ON TELPAS SPEAKING

Participants will actively examine TELPAS Speaking Assessment item types and year long strategies that support student growth and performance.
