COVID Activity Index Level (CALI): As of 5/7/2022 the district received notification that our region’s CALI score has moved to High (ORANGE). The district medical professionals and local health department will continue to monitor cases. At this time, there are NO changes to our current school operations.
Contact Tracing: As of 2/28/22 CDC Guidance, the district will not require contact tracing when transmission rates remain low to moderate. The district will monitor current transmission rates with the guidance of our district medical professionals and local Health Department, and not conduct contact tracing unless circumstances change. Please be aware, if community transmission rates begin to rise, the district will consider restoring former mitigation protocols.
Testing Positive for COVID-19: If a student tests positive for COVID-19 he/she still needs to isolate for 5 days and it is recommended he/she wear a mask for days 6-10. Most importantly, if a student is sick (COVID related or not) please keep him/her home from school.
