Dear Kennedy families,
We had a great week here at the Kennedy! We celebrated our September Student of Month recipients and marked the halfway point in the first term. Progress reports were sent home with your student this afternoon. Please review this document with your student and sign the receipt indicating you have seen it. This is a great opportunity to talk with your student about successes, challenges, and goals for the second half of the term.
We also want to thank the families who attended our presentation last night on equitable grading practices. A copy of the presentation will be added to the website on Monday.
There's lots of information in this update including information about Kennedy spirt wear, upcoming school photos, after school activities, and curriculum updates from teachers.
Next week there is no school on Wednesday, October 5 in observance of Yom Kippur.
