Thurs. 12/8 - Half Day of School - Parent/Teacher Conferences

Fri. 12/9 -


* Report cards will be sent home on Tuesday. We will have a new format using the Powerschool online application.


* Parent/Teacher conferences will take place on Thursday afternoon either in person or via a phone conversation. If you have a phone conversation scheduled, teachers will call you at your designated time.


* Ski Club Families - Invoices and waiver forms will be sent home on Monday with your skier. Please complete all forms and send them back as soon as possible. Payments will be due on Friday, 12/16. Ski Club will take place on Friday, 1/6, 1/13, 1/27, 2/3, & 2/10. We will have a make up day on Friday, 2/17. Please note that we will not ski on Friday, 1/20.


* The December calendar and menus are attached below.


* Aftercare payments are due today for attendance during the week of 12/5 - 12/9.


Planning Ahead:


* Our last day of school before the holiday break will be Thursday, Dec. 22nd, with early dismissal at 11:30am. We will also have Pajama Day on that day. We will return on Tuesday, January 3rd.


Health & Safety Updates:


* We know that RSV is rampant this year, so feel free to take a read of the RSV information sheet attached below. This document will provide you with important information about this virus. You are always welcome to call Nurse Barb, if you have any additional questions.


* Please check backpacks! We have an abundance of COVID test kits that are due to expire at the end of December. We have sent two test kits home with each student.
