It is always so much fun to view life through the lens of a child. Although most of us did not appreciate having to shovel after the big snow storm, our students were extremely excited to return to Mill Valley to ginormous snow mounds. We have captured some of the magical moments on the playground.

3rd Grade Student Council has started a Recycle Club. Members gave a presentation to each classroom about recycling and placed reminder signs around the school. They take the recycling out once a week.. The Golden Recycle Bin winners are selected and announced at Golden Awards by the Student Council members.

If your child is going to be absent for any reason or late to school, there are two ways to let us know...

1. Leave a voicemail on the attendance line at 262-971-1830 #2
2. Submit an Absence Request in Infinite Campus through your Parent Portal

If you have a doctor's note for an absence, you can send it with your student to drop off in the office or email it directly to kimberly.reichart@muskegonorway.org.

Join us in the Mill Valley cafeteria and spend the morning with your special valentine. Complimentary refreshments (donuts, juice, coffee) will be provided by our Mill Valley PTO. Refreshments will be served until 8:45am. Students must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Parking is available in the main parking lots as well as side streets.

Please do not park in the bus lanes.

Absences related to COVID ISOLATION will continue to be medically excused if proper documentation is provided such as a positive COVID test or written health provider statement. Documentation may be submitted to:

• The Health Office at your student's school (see the Health Services website for contact information).

• The Muskego Norway School Health Services email at mnshs@muskegonorway.org

Submission of the COVID-19 SYMPTOM OR STATUS NOTIFICATION also provides the opportunity to upload any test results or health provider statement.
