How do I find someone's extension number?

There is an address book on the phone! No need to have a paper handy!


Here is how :


  • Click the "Contact" button on the phone
  • Search the first three letters of the person's first or last name
  • Press the soft button "SEARCH"
  • Find the person
  • Press the soft button "DIAL"

Click on the button circled in "Red"

This will bring up the next screen

Search by first or last name (first three letters)

Press on the Soft key under the "Search" button on the screen

Find the person by scrolling to them with the down button

Press the Soft Key under "Dial." This will call the person's extension

OR............

Open up Jabber Contacts

Type the first name or last name of the person you would like to search

Hover your mouse over the name and you will see a Green Phone Icon

When you click on this phone, you will see the five digit extension you can dial from your computer, or type the extension on your phone
