Greetings Families,

The start of this week feels more like winter, but spring is on the way. I recommend sending students with layers and/or a sweatshirt as it is often warmer at recess than in the morning. Also as things melt, we will have some puddles or muddy spots on the playground. Having an extra change of clothes in the backpack is always a good idea.

Please consider helping our school! If you shop at Hannaford, place your receipt in the ‘School Dollars’ stand at the end of the registers. We will also start raising money with CLYNK. Let your child’s teacher know if you would like a CLYNK bag to donate your bottles to our school.

Our hallways and classroom are spotless, the cafeteria and gymnasium are well maintained. This hard work is done by our custodian Gil and his crew. Gil joined us this year and we are so lucky to have him. It is not uncommon to see him washing walls and scrubbing little fingerprints off windows. The entire custodial crew here at BPS is top-notch and we are extremely grateful!

What is a Someday? A Someday is when a student or staff member is asked to select something they would like to see happen at school before the end of the year. Students and staff choose something fun and meaningful to them and our BPS team works together to give them this special moment before the end of the school year.
