We have been selected as a 2022 California Pivotal Practice (CAPP) Award Program winner.
The California Pivotal Practice Award Program was designed in partnership with our education associations to celebrate districts and schools that have implemented an innovative practice during the 2020–21 school year, when California required schools to offer distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Special Thank you to our wonderful staff for their outstanding efforts during an exceptionally challenging time.
For the next 2 weeks, our upper grades (3rd - 5th) will be taking a very important state assessment. Please help them be in the best condition by doing the following.
Get your child to bed on time or a little early (a well-rested student will test better).
Provide a good, healthy breakfast before leaving for school or have them arrive at 7:40 to eat breakfast at school.
Communicate with your child that this test is important. Encourage your child to do his/her very best.
Make sure your child is here. Get to school on time to allow your child to feel relaxed and unrushed. More than ever, being on time is critical to successful testing experiences.
