We welcomed our third and fourth grade families to school in November for our Thanksgiving Lunch and Technology Showcase. We had wonderful turn out. Families were invited to come to classrooms after they ate lunch to see how students have been using technology in the classroom. We have been fortunate between the efforts of Gaston County Schools and our PTO, we have drastically increased our technology resources over the last two years. We will be also getting more Chromebook carts in the coming months from the school system. We will be welcoming second and fifth grade families for the Christmas Lunch and Technology Showcase.

On January 31, 2016, we will be celebrating the 45th Anniversary of Belmont Central Elementary School at its current location. We will be having a program at 2:00 p.m. on that day followed by tours of the building.
