When you get hurt you feel lots of different sad emotions and you want go away.
Everyone has feelings that can be hurt and you feel unwelcome.

Open-minded is sharing and listening to ideas.
Persistence is to keep on going don't give up.
Empathy is knowing what its like to get hurt so you help the other person who's been hurt.
Strategies
When you are bullied, what you may want to know is how you get through. How you do it is to try to think about something else rather than what happened. If that does not work then tell the teacher about what happened and she might be able to help.
Try to ignore the person who has been bulling you.
Tell the person who has been bulling you that "you do not like it at all".
Stay away from the bully.
Try being kind to the bully.
