This tournament is limited to the first 24 teams in each division.

A min. of 8 teams is needed for the gloves to be awarded. Unless otherwise directed.

All proceeds from this event will go to a local HS or Softball Program in need, to help with equipment, uniforms, field improvements etc.

Kansas City Girls Academy

• 1st and 2nd place medals
• 1st place teams will win Rawling's Liberty Advance Gloves up to 12 gloves (additional gloves available for a discounted price)

Only the players listed on the batting order of the 1st place team will be eligible for the award. Lineups will be collected by tournament officials before the start of the Championship game. Players listed on the batting order must also appear on the team roster that was submitted prior to the start of the tournament.

Gloves will be given onsite to 1st place bracket winners. Gloves are limited to the first 12 players listed on the official lineup.

WE DO NOT AWARD PRIZES FOR POOL PLAY FINISHES. ONLY WHEN A BRACKET IS COMPLETED CAN A WINNER BE DETERMINED.

Adults: $9.00

Seniors $6.00

No refunds will be given due to cancelations, rain delays, and/or other circumstances.

In case of rain or other uncontrollable circumstances the tournament director reserves all rights in changing the format, including and not limited to changing the game guarantee for the event and to do what is necessary to complete the tournament within the time constraints presented.

The following Scale will be used if the tournament is not completed.
