PAWS events-Coming Soon!

Our Primary Center School Rules are to be Peaceful, Aware, Wise and Safe. We teach these rules and reinforce them with our students. We also reward the students for consistently following these rules in and out of the classroom environment (lunch, hallway, bathroom, cafeteria, bus, etc.). At the end of the month, two students from each homeroom will be nominated for the PAWS award. There will be a parade celebrating our PAWS winners' accomplishments as well as a special event to celebrate ALL students who consistently follow our rules. In addition, 6 random students from our nominated PAWS winners will also receive extra prizes and a yard sign that will be placed at their home for one month indicating that they are a PAWS winner. Yard signs remain at the child's home for one month until new PAWS winners are announced and the signs will move to the next winners.

We hope you get just as excited about all of the fun things that happen when we all focus on being Peaceful, Aware, Wise and Safe!

Nutrition Group Special Events-Molly the Cow

Last week, the Nutrition Group mascot, Molly the Cow, visiting the Primary and Intermediate Center. In addition to the visit, they distributed yogurt samples, as well as Molly the Cow coloring pages. High school student, Delvin Cid, played the role as Molly the Cow and was excited to help the students learn more about good nutrition.

We would like thank the cafeteria staff for all they do to help children make good nutritional and healthy eating choices each and everyday.

Monday- Be Kind to Yourself - Wear Red to show you love yourself

Tuesday - Be Kind to your Mind - Wear a Hat

Wednesday - Be Kind to Others - Wear Orange to unite against bullying.

Thursday - Be Kind to your Body - Wear exercise clothes or athletic clothes

Friday - Be kind to your School - Wear Blue and White or DB gear
