Help us celebrate the hard work and dedication of our FFA kids this year! We would love to see you and your family there! We will have meals and refreshments and cake. Meal tickets are $15 each. Registration and payment due by May 10; register for your meal @: https://forms.gle/me1tcCzYLFX2ngos7

Hello parents of FFA seniors,

This year at the banquet we will have designated tables for each senior. These tables can be decorated to show off your child’s awards and the school they will be attending next year! Please show up 30 minutes before the banquet starts to start your decorating.

Please RSVP w/ ava.sweetlandstewart53@k12.leanderisd.org by May 10th to confirm your table reservation, so we can have a table laid out for you to decorate.

Suggestions

• Table cloth with the colors of the school they are attending

• Baby pictures and senior photos

• Awards and accomplishments they have achieved

• Decorations of your choice

• You can create a poster or a standing backdrop

As a voting delegate, you will vote on talent contest & district/area officers.

District Convention May 7th @ Leander High School

Area Convention May 14th in Temple

Donations due May 6th or bring to district convention May 7th

The District Officers have chosen to partner with Texas Baptist Children’s Home in Round Rock.

There will be no kit making like last year, The District officers are asking for the chapters to participate in gathering the following items!

Vandegrift FFA is charged w/ collecting:

Swiffer wet supplies, Trash bags, Clorox toilet wands and refills.

A representative from TBCH will be joining us for convention and addressing the Convention Hall!

These supplies are a current need that will help support the families that TBCH supports!

Chapter members not attending convention may donate items to the Ms. Cole's room by Friday May 6th 8:30AM.

May 7 - District Convention @ Leander High School

May 14 - Area Convention

May 17 - Banquet 6pm in the Cafeteria
