Weekly Newsletter 20.10.23
This week...
We've had quite a few visitors having a look around school this week and every single one of them commented on how delightful, polite and happy our children are!
We are incredibly proud of our lovely little school, filled with amazing children.
It fills us with joy when the children are living out our mission and very clearly demonstrating how we...
Live, love and learn with the Lord.

Weekly Class Mass - St Francis
Virtue of Thankfulness
During our Virtues Worship on Monday, we listened to the Parable of the Talents and considered how God would like us to share our talents with the world.
We thanked God for the many talents He has given each of us and prayed for the support and courage to share these with others.
If you would like to thank a member of our staff for their talents, please give them a shout out below!
Foodbank Message
At the weekend, we received this lovely message from Wetherby Foodbank...
Little Rescuers
Little rescuers is a course designed to teach first aid and life saving skills to primary-aged children through fun, play, music and teamwork.
This will begin on Mondays, 3:30-4:30pm, after half term. Places are limited so please contact the school office if you would like to book a space for your child!
For further information, have a look at their video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWWFpSKcRis
Open Classroom - Y2
We look forward to seeing you there!
First Holy Communion
Our parish priest, Father Sean, will begin the sessions with the children within school time on Wednesday 8th November.
We have had a number of parents who are not Catholic asking if their children can join the sessions and receive Holy Communion - fantastic news! Your child will need to be baptised in the Catholic Church before they can receive Communion but they are warmly invited to join the preparation sessions in the meantime! I am happy to have conversations with anyone who has any questions - you know where I am!
If you would like your child to be included, please make sure you complete the form below:
