FCSS/Kern CCIL Team News!
September 2021
Friends, thank you...
Our conversations have deepened my understanding and continue to inspire me. And I have no doubt that you are already using our collective learning to remove barriers to learning for learners of all sizes...
Below you will find the September edition news for each of the levels of support provided by our CCIL grant:
- Intensive (COE Resources) - A complication of our collective learning and next steps.
- Targeted (Schoolwide Resources) - Our next step is to complete this availability document
- Universal (Statewide Resources) - September's statewide resources with the four ways to engage on the topic of Mindset.
Here are a few action Items:
- ASAP - Please identify your availability (note if you are not available)
- When you have a second - Please create an account in Learning Designed - this platform houses UDL resources AND the UDL Credential Assessments our team will be pursuing. (Here is a sneak preview of the Level 1 Credential registration process.)
- When you have 5-15+ minutes: Please become well-versed on the statewide resources and consider how they might be leveraged. Also, we'd love your feedback.
- Before Day 4: Select a PL slide deck you'd like to examine through the lens of UDL
I thank you in advance for your time.
Respectfully,
Elisa
