Greetings Parkway Families! I hope you are enjoying the beautiful fall weather and spending time outdoors making memories with your families! Even though I am a lake person, I really love this time of year. It's great for hiking, biking, or just sitting around a bonfire relaxing with family and friends.

As we finish up this week before Thanksgiving break, we have the following activities on our calendar:

November 16: Fall Picture Retake Day

November 17: Progress Reports go home with students

November 22 - 26: School closed for Thanksgiving break

November 1 - 15: PES Green Team T-Shirt for Sale

Just a reminder that all transportation changes must be made through our office. Please call the office by 1:30 if you need to make a change to your child's transportation. It is important that you call the office, and not just message the teacher, so that we can make sure that your child gets the message in time for dismissal. Many of our teachers do not have a break after lunch and do not get to check messages/emails until after school.

Our Lost and Found is still overflowing. Please have your kiddo check the Lost and Found if they are missing coats, sweatshirts, etc. A good way to help us make sure your child's belongings don't get lost, is to write your child's name on tags inside jackets, hoodies, etc.

As we head into our Thanksgiving Break, I just want to tell you how thankful I am to be your Parkway Principal. Not a day goes by that I don't stop and reflect on how wonderful it is here at Parkway - and how much I appreciate you all trusting me, and our staff, with your precious children. Thank you! I am truly thankful for my Parkway Family! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
