The Old Court House
Old Court House, located between Stirling Gardens and Supreme Court Gardens, is the first court building constructed in Perth, Western Australia.
St John's Pro-Cathedral
St John's Pro-Cathedral, located at 18 Victoria Avenue in Perth, is the earliest Roman Catholic church building constructed in Western Australia.
Old Perth Gaol
The Old Perth Gaol, located near the intersection of Beaufort and Francis Streets, was built to house convicts and other prisoners.
The Cloisters
The Cloisters, located at 200 St Georges Terrace, served as W.A.'s first boys' secondary school.
The Deanery
The Deanery, located at the intersection of St Georges Terrace and Pier Street, was built as a residence and office for the first Dean of Perth, Reverend George Pownall.
Bishop's House
Bishop’s House is situated on land known as the Bishop's See, located between St George's Terrace, and Mount and Spring Streets, was built for Mathew Blagden Hale, the first Anglican Bishop of Western Australia.
Archbishop's Palace
1860
Archbishop's Palace, located at 41 Victoria Square, Perth was built for Bishop Joseph Serra who became Catholic Bishop of Perth.*The Barracks Arch
The Barracks Arch, located at 266 St George's Tce, was built to house the retired Pensioner Forces.
*Government House
1864
Government House, located in St George's Tce, is the official residence of the Governor of Western Australia. The site has been used by governors since the establishment of the Swan River Colony in 1829, with the current structure built to replace an existing wooden building.Trinity Church

Partly obscured Trinity Congregational Chapel was built in 1865. The Church (foreground) was built in 1897.*Perth Town Hall
The Perth Town Hall, located at the corner of Barrack and Hay Streets, was built by convicts and free men.
Central Government Offices
The original intention was for all State Government Offices to be contained in a Central Government Offices block located on the corner of St Georges Terrace and Barrack Street.
St George's Cathedral
St George's Cathedral, located at 2 Cathedral Avenue, Perth,
is the principal Anglican church in the city of Perth.
The Weld Club
The Weld Club is a gentleman's club on the Esplanade and was created to bring a slice of London life to the small colonial outpost of Perth.
Perth Railway station
Built as part of The Eastern Railway, the main railway route between Fremantle and Northam in Western Australia. It opened in stages between 1881 and 1893. The line is continued east to Kalgoorlie as the Eastern Goldfields Railway.
*The Palace Hotel
1896
The Palace Hotel, located at 108 St George's Tce, was originally built as a hotel during the gold rush period of Western Australia's history.
*The Perth Mint
1899
The Perth Mint, located at 310 Hay Street, Perth, opened in 1899 in response to the discovery of rich gold deposits in Coolgardie and Kalgoorlie.
*The First Perth Observatory
1900
The original Perth Observatory was constructed in 1896 and was officially opened in 1900 by John Forrest, the first premier of Western Australia. The observatory was located at Mount Eliza overlooking the city of Perth. Its chief roles were keeping Standard Time for Western Australia and meteorological data collection.*His Majesty's Theatre
1904
Constructed at the time of the Western Australian gold rush, it was the largest theatre in Australia, and had seating for over 2,500 people. It is believed to be the only remaining working Edwardian theatre in Australia.*The General Post Office
1923
The building was completed in 1923 after almost a decade of construction, which was protracted by World War I and the resulting shortages of construction materials. At the time of its opening, it was the largest building in Perth.Heritage Perth Inc.
