Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year!
A Word From Ms. Vogel
Mission: Empowering Students for Success
Vision: A Collaborative Community Committed to Success
As we begin the 2022-2023 school year, we are excited to welcome our Senior Class of 2023 to campus along with all returning students from the classes of 2024, 2025, our Freshman Class of 2026 and all students and families new to our Falcon Family. At Jensen Beach High School, we are committed to each student that walks onto our campus. We have an overarching goal for all students to cross the stage at graduation earning a Jensen Beach High School diploma in four years with their cohort. When our students earn their diplomas, it is our duty to ensure they can be productive members in our community. Students will graduate college, military, and career ready as they leave Jensen Beach High School. Our Falcon Staff diligently and pridefully focuses on preparing our students for their chosen future endeavors.
As we get ready to begin the 2022-2023 school year, our goals will be to increase student engagement in all classrooms, improve schoolwide daily attendance, reduce out of school suspensions, and continue to make gains in school achievement. This year we earned an “A” grade from the Florida Department of Education, with a total of 636 points, or 64% of possible total points. I am extremely proud of our students, teachers, parents, and community members who supported us in our journey to become an “A” school again and accomplish the learning gains we did this past year. We continue to be a Florida School of Excellence. The achievement that took place at Jensen Beach High School last year proved that our students and staff members can accomplish any goal they set their minds to.
We showed achievement gains on state assessments, in AP coursework, in Fine and Performing Arts, in Athletics, and in our AF-JROTC program. Our student athletes finished with the highest GPA in the state in Varsity sports. Our school’s graduation rate was 98% and we showed improvement in career and college acceleration points. I am so proud of all students, their parents, community members, and our Falcon teachers and staff. It truly takes a village to help our students reach the levels of success we accomplished last year.
As we embark on the new school year, we will continue to celebrate our academic gains while taking the necessary steps to provide ALL students with opportunities to excel and make progress toward their future goals.
This coming year, it is our hope that students will take ownership for their learning and keep track of their personal accomplishments. One thing that will be extremely important in this process is daily attendance. It is critical for students to be in school every day. Please support us by sending your student to school every day, as long as they are healthy.
The faculty at Jensen Beach High School is excited to begin the 2022-2023 school year with your child. We look forward to building positive and supportive relationships with all students and their families as we guide them towards accomplishing all graduation requirements. Please remember, we are always here to help you and answer any questions your might have regarding your child’s educational journey at Jensen Beach High School. It is important for parents to have access to the FOCUS Parent Portal to complete necessary school and district forms and to monitor academic achievement, tardiness and daily school attendance. Together we will partner with our parents and students to create an amazing educational environment for all students.
Yours in Education,
Lori Vogel

Logging in:
The GAFE logins are located under the sbmc.org domain.
USERNAME: The student username is the same as your network credentials, but the ‘url’ portion of it has changed. For example, 4300000000@sbmc.org. This is to help us distinguish between the two when working in the different environments.
PASSWORD: The initial password for your account is the same as your MCSD credentials. If you do not know your password, call your guidance counselor or Mrs. Wintercorn, Media Specialist.
ClassLink
The MCSD has purchased ClassLink for all its network users (faculty, staff, and students.) ClassLink solves the problem of too many passwords, and too many files scattered about. It’s a one click single sign-on solution that gives students access to everything they need to learn, anywhere, with just one password. Accessible from any device, ClassLink is the perfect tool for password vaulting. Students may login to ClassLink HERE (http://launchpad.classlink.com/martinschools).
