Board of Trustees Engagement Session
Red Deer Catholic Regional Division (RDCRS) Board of Trustees looks for ways to regularly engage our community to help form the decisions and direction of the school division. The RDCRS Engagement Summit will allow an opportunity for parents, staff, and community members to provide input into two key areas of our strategic planning. The two areas for this Engagement Summit are (1) helping to establish budget priorities for future planning, and (2) feedback on developing RDCRS exit outcomes for learners.
We sent home more information to our school community via email on November 8. Please refer to this email communication or use the QR code below for more information and to register.

We invite those interested in helping with a hot lunch day to send us an email at eolrshotlunches@gmail.com or reach out to a Parent Council Committee member. We’re always looking for assistance in executing our special lunch days. Grade 2 parents, we’re leaning to you to help us with December lunches. Grade 3 parents, we’re turning to you to assist with January lunches. A reminder, a clear criminal check is required to volunteer. There is no cost to you to obtain this document and you can expect a week turn around time. Please see Loretta at the front desk to initiate this process. We look forward to working with you!
With Gratitude,
Your Parent Lunch Committee
We are looking for volunteers from the GRADE 1 classes on November 16 and 17th to help with Hot Lunch. Bins need to be dropped off to the restaurant on the 16th and picked up and distributed to the classrooms on November 17th. More instructions will be provided! If you think you can help, please reach out to Priscilla at: eolrshotlunches@gmail.com.
Please see Loretta Zolinski at the office for steps on completing a criminal check with our RCMP. This is a required step to volunteer at the school and is at no cost to our volunteers. Keep in mind, it takes about one week turnaround time to receive the appropriate documentation from the RCMP station.
If you have questions or would like to volunteer, we would love to hear from you! Please contact your lunch committee at: eolrshotlunches@gmail.com. Thank you for supporting the hot lunch initiative.
