Hello 3rd Graders! Please look at each ELA Course below (in the chart) to help you prepare for the week of December 10-14.

The OLS Literature and Comprehension Course does NOT mark Literature lessons over due or completed late. The daily/weekly plan does NOT allow me to set or change due dates. Please make sure you are following the lessons in the chart below.
"Too Many" Contest Winners
Monday's 9:00 winner is Anthony Pappas with "You can never have too many red, Volvik golfballs.
Monday's 11:00 winner is Alishay Baricuatro with "There are too many balls in this bag, it is falling out! Ah!" & "I have TOO MANY food in my stomach. Burp!
We will have to have a run-off in Tuesday's class between these two sentences:
Too many snow flakes falling on a boy that is used to a hot biome (he's from the desert and visiting Alaska. What a exciting life) "COOOOOOLLLLDD! said the by.
There's too many mosquitoes, let's just go inside and play ROBLOX.
Wednesday's winner is Sophia Rodriguez with "Mom always said not to eat too many pieces of candy because they will give you a tummy ache.

Hello 3rd graders, this week we will continue in unit 4 America’s Past. Please complete these 3 lessons:

- lesson 5: More about the Virginia Colony
- lesson 6: Creating a New Nation
During class on Friday, December 14th we will be talking about the Declaration of Independence and why it was written. We will also discuss why the colonists wanted a change in government.
