Shawnee High School
A Note From Guidance....
Winter break is here, holidays can be stressful, there is a global pandemic occurring, and there is so much uncertainty in the world right now. In a nutshell, times are tough. At Shawnee High School, we focus on promoting success, health, and well-being for all our students and staff. It's important to prioritize our mental health and self-care. Mental health influences how you think, feel, and behave in daily life. It also affects your ability to cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and recover from life's setbacks and hardships. We have created this newsletter to provide resources for our school community. We hope that your family or a loved one can benefit from the items below. Hope you all have a safe and healthy holiday. See you in January!
