We are inching closer and closer to the start of the school year! Next week we have our first school events of the year. We will be welcoming 4K and Kinder students to building to meet their teachers and we look forward to seeing many of you at Picture Day on Thursday, August 17th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The moment that many of you have been waiting for has finally arrived! On Friday afternoon you will be able to view your child's teacher! You will need to login into your IC Portal to view your child's teacher for the upcoming school year. Please know that a great deal of thought has gone into placements. Teachers are super excited to welcome their new students and everyone is looking forward to a great school year. Your child will have an opportunity to meet their teacher and see their classroom at Open House on Wednesday, August 30th from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

The EPI School Supply boxes have arrived! You can pick your box up during Picture Day on Thursday, August 17th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you cannot pick your box up that day, then please reach out to the office and we can assist in getting your School Supply box. The first day of pick-up will be Picture Day.

Just a reminder that Picture Day will be THURSDAY, AUGUST 17th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pictures will take place in the Rose Glen Gym. Please know there will be another date during the first few months of school if you are not able to make it or if you decide you want to have your child's picture retaken. Below are the dates for Back to School events, Conferences, and Concerts. There will be plenty more dates to add to your calendars in terms of additional school and PTO Events, Vacation Days, and Early Release Dates. These are just a couple of dates to get your calendar going to start the year.

4K Morning Class: Tuesday, August 15th from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM

4K Afternoon Class: Tuesday, August 15th from 10:45 AM to 11:30 AM

Kindergarten: Tuesday, August 15th from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Picture Day:

Thursday, August 17th from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(A second picture day will be at the start of the school year within the school day. This will also serve as a make-up day as needed.)

Rose Glen Open House:

Wednesday, August 30th from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

(This is an opportunity for all students to meet their teachers, see their classroom, and drop supplies off).

Thursday, October 19th and Tuesday, October 24th from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

We know one of the most anticipated events before the start of the school year is knowing your child's teacher! We anticipate that this information will be shared in early August.

Below is the link for school supplies for the 2023-2024 school year. Each grade level has its own list of supplies to bring. There will be multiple opportunities to drop supplies off before the start of the school year.

Many families in Waukesha County face financial challenges. These challenges may result in you having to choose between paying a bill and buying enough food for your family. We know school breakfast and lunch programs help during the week. If you are concerned that your child may not have access to enough food on weekends, your child is eligible to receive a bag of food from Blessings in a Backpack Waukesha County. You don’t need to do anything for your child to receive this food. Food will be dispensed in a discreet and caring manner into your child’s backpack each week of the school year.
