Event Information

Bike to School Day

Meet at the Parking Lot at Hy-Vee at 7:30am.

Depart the parking lot at 7:45am and follow map to Greene County Elementary. We encourage families to ride along with us!


Students without a bike can walk to school. There will be staff taking a more direct route to school with our walking friends. Meeting time, place, and departure are the same for both riders and walkers.

Safety Drill Communication

Greene County Schools wants to keep you up to date on our building-wide safety drills. We will be sending an email and text message to all parents/guardians 1 day prior to a safety drill we will be having at school. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.


We will be having a Fire/Evacuation drill on Thursday, April 27, 2023.
