NPHS Library Weekly Update

We survived the first week of distance learning! Teachers, administrators, staff, and students are being challenged to teach and learn in different ways, and it has been great to see how supportive everyone has been of each other.

We checked out approximately 200 Chromebooks and chargers to our students and their younger siblings who attend feeder schools on Monday, March 23.

The plan is to continue to check them out to students who need them next Tuesday and Wednesday, and then move into a supportive role when students have issues.

These videos made by teacher Michelle Ferré are excellent. If you are new to Google Classroom, watch the first one, and if you have been using it and are ready for some more advanced tips and tricks, watch the second one.

Please promote the use of our online subscription databases for reliable academic sources of information.
