Welcome Back to the 2023-2024 School Year!
Welcome back, Ankeney Chargers!
The Ankeney Office has re-opened for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Our summer office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday. We will be closed on Wednesday, August 9, and Monday, August 14, for staff development. If you haven’t done so already, please be sure to update your student’s information in OneView so that we have your current phone number and email. Here are some important upcoming dates:
6th Grade Orientation/Building Tour
Tuesday, August 8
Drop your student off at the Main Entrance (Door 1N) and wait in the parking lot OR attend the Parent Tech Training in the IMC to learn about Chromebooks and ProgressBook.

Student Schedules
Wednesday, August 9
Students and parents will be able to log into ProgressBook to view schedules.
Open House for All Grades
Thursday, August 10, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
We will be following our bell schedule which will allow for 10 minutes in each class (See below). If you are unable to be here the whole time, feel free to walk your student's schedule during this time.
Parking is limited, so we ask that returning families park and utilize the shuttle from DRAC (Dayton Raiders Swim Club) on Grange Hall. Please be sure to bring schedules to visit classrooms and help your child learn how to navigate the building.
1st Period - 6:05-6:15
2nd Period - 6:20-6:30
3rd Period - 6:35-6:45
4th Period - 6:50-7:00
5th Period - 7:05-7:15
6th Period - 7:20-7:30
7th Period - 7:35-7:45
Self-Guided Building Tour
Monday, August 14, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Students from all grade levels may explore the building. Teachers and staff will not be available during this time.
1st Day of School
Tuesday, August 15
All middle school students will begin on the same day.
Transportation and Cafeteria Information
Bus Routes and Times
If you wish to utilize Beavercreek City Schools transportation you may request busing via the Google Form on the Transportation website. You can access your child’s bus route information beginning early August by going to https://elink.beavercreek.k12.oh.us/elinkrp/Login.aspx or by going to the AMS Website. In order to get into the system, the following username and password will be needed:

Lunch Money
You are welcome to put lunch money into your child’s account at any time. This can be done online through PaySchools Central (found on the District and AMS Websites) or you are always welcome to send in cash or a check payable to Beavercreek City Schools once school is in session. For new students, you will need your child’s student ID number to set up an online account. Please contact Dawn Kacvinsky (937-458-2446) in the Student Nutrition Department with any questions.
