Dear Lemoore Elementary Families,

The school year has moved rapidly and we only have 7 weeks left before summer. In fact, we have entered the halfway point of the final trimester and Progress Reports will be heading home on April 30th.

Students begin state testing the last week of April and will continue through most of May. It is very important that students are here everyday and on time. We have many end of the year events planned, including a Spring Band Concert and the Talent Show. We will do our best to send home notices with students, post on our Facebook page and the website as events are scheduled.

Thank you so much for the partnership with parents we have enjoyed this year and for attending our family nights. We have one more left on May 2nd for our book fair. The final weeks of the school year are busy, but we continue to stay focused on our mission of learning for all. #EACHONE.

The California Assessment of Student Progress and Performance (CAASPP) is given to 3rd - 6th grade students in math and English language arts and reading. 5th grade students will also be taking the California Science Test (CAST).

Attendance during the weeks of testing are very important. Please make sure students are at school, on-time every day.

Recently we have noticed an increase of student use of the social media app, Tik Tok. This app was previously known as Music.ly. They received a very large fine for their inappropriate sharing of privacy data. The following graphic is information gathered about the app, Tik Tok for parents.
