Friday, July 17th - Summer Information
Dear Liberty Park Families,
I hope all of you have been enjoying your summer! I want to provide you with some important information regarding the start of the 2020-2021 school year.
On Wednesday, our school board approved our S.A.F.E. Reopening Plan and adjusted our school calendar. The new date for student’s first day of school is Thursday, August 6th. MSD of Warren Township's S.A.F.E. Reopening Plan and new school calendar are available to download on our website.
We are still offering instructional options in either the physical or virtual school setting. Please know that this coming Monday, July 20th is the LAST day to register for virtual school. To register for virtual learning, please contact us at 317-608-0545 or warrenregistration@warren.k12.in.us. Again, if you are looking to enroll your student into our Virtual School, it is important that you call 317-608-0545 to officially enroll your student by the end of the day, Monday.
Starting Monday, July 20th our office is open to accept new registrations by appointment only. Please contact us at 317-532-1850 if you have registration/enrollment needs.
We anticipate a greater number of car riders this school year. If your student(s) will be a car rider this school year please email our secretary Mrs. Lux - dlux@warren.k12.in.us with your child's information in order to have your car rider tags ready on the 1st day of school. This will help make our car rider process much faster and efficient.
Lastly, due to our new start date, summer food distribution will continue next week on Tuesday and Friday from 11-1pm.
As always, I thank you for your continued support of Liberty Park Elementary! Take care and have a great weekend!
Your Principal,
Jason Brooks

SCHOOL DISTRICT PUBLICATIONS/NEWS MEDIA USE
The occasion may arise when the school district wants to recognize your child or your child's school. This may include your child's photo, your child's name or your child's work in district publications, newsletters, on school district websites, and in electronic/social media or in staff training videos. We may also want to tell the media (including newspapers, television, and radio) about your child's achievements. We never knowingly release information about a student to anyone who wants to use it for commercial/political purposes. However, we will honor your request to not include your child in these types of recognitions if you notify your child's school office in writing that you do not want this type of information released.
