What's Happening at IRMS?
A trip to Mountain Meadows Senior Living Community
Jodie Tremberth and our 8th grade AVID students did an amazing job of visiting with the residents of Mountain Meadows! Below are a few photos of them making Oobleck and getting advice from our elders. This is such a great example of how much we enjoy connecting with our community!
Bingo Night!
Community Bingo Night FUNdraiser
Come join us for dinner and a fun filled evening of BINGO with awesome prizes, a fun raffle and a food drive for Upper Valley MEND!

$15/person includes dinner, dessert & 5 bingo cards. Want to increase your odds? You can buy another 5 cards for $5. Prizes will include gift cards, cash and other fun items!!
Raffle tickets will also be available for a chance to win big prizes and fun experiences!
If you are able, please bring a can or boxed food item to donate to the Community Cupboard/UVMEND.

SPOTLIGHT on Sarah Cox - IRMS 6th Grade ELA Teacher
A big, warm Mountain Lion welcome to Sarah Cox!
This is Sarah's first year here at IRMS. She comes to us from Eastmont and we are incredibly lucky to call her one of our IRMS family members.
Why do you love working here at IRMS and with IRMS students?
"The students and staff create a friendly environment. I love the teaming and collaboration with my colleagues. For a small school, we offer an incredible amount of opportunities for students in the form of outdoor projects, community support, and challenging academics"
What is something you like doing outside of school?
"I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband Tyler who also works in the district."
Just a reminder - STEVENS PASS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE PROGRAM IS BACK FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
Stevens Pass is pleased to offer the Academic Excellence Program (AEP) season passes for the 23-24 ski season to eligible students who are enrolled in the Cascade School District schools. The purpose of this program is to incentivize students to achieve in school while providing an opportunity to participate in winter recreation.

Volunteers Needed
The PTSA is seeking support for the following areas:
Grant writing - If you have grant writing experience please reach out! We are hopeful to get a few grant writers on board so that we can pursue grants to support the awesome work that our IRMS teachers and staff are doing with our kids.
Committee members for fundraising and events - If you have fundraising or event coordination experience, connections to local businesses or just like throwing a party, please join us!
