Dear Rochester Middle School Families–
Happy March! This month we arrive at the end of Term B: grades close March 14th, Term B UA courses end on March 16th, Term C starts March 20th, and grades for Term B are available in Infinite Campus on March 24th. Over February break, I sent out a notice through Infinite Campus if your son or daughter had an IWS or an NYC. Please connect with classroom teachers, and see if your son or daughter could benefit from some after-school tutoring.
8th Graders are getting ready to transition to Spaulding High School. The high school has postponed Parent 8th Grade Information Night on March 8th. This will also postpone Spaulding Guidance Counselors to RMS. Please stay tuned for new dates.
This month we are offering a Coffee with the Principal on Friday, March 24th. The focus is on Infinite Campus. It will be an opportunity to see the ins and outs of Infinite Campus and ask questions during the session. I have included a Google Form to sign up for this in the newsletter. March 24th is also an important date for an 8th Grade Social in the RMS Gymnasium at 6 pm.
Finally, congrats to our RMS Wrestlers from the Girls Division. They all received a medal, and they were Runner-Up Champions as a team. Mackenzie LaCoss earned a State Champion medal.
