Return to Learn - Plan B Updates September 23rd, 2020
Dear Bearcat Families
We are so excited to see some of our students back in the building next week! Included in this newsletter is information about our new daily schedule. We have adjusted the morning times slightly to build in time for sanitizing between classes. So all students need to make note of new class times.
For internet safety and technology support, we ask all students to use a school-issued chromebook for in-person learning. We will issue these on the first day of in-person learning if your child does not have one.
Please also see below information about devices to be used for in-person learning on campus, arrival and dismissal times, a survey about lunch and car riders, and some changes to the exploratory classes.
Thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility as we work through these new procedures. If you have any questions, please email your child's teacher or call us here at the school at 697-4800!
Go Bearcats!

Changes to Exploratory Class Schedule
Ms. Taylor's Spanish 1, Ms. Beasley's 7th grade art classes, and Mr. Weakley's 8th grade drama classes have been affected. Students in these classes will go to these classes in the morning before 12:00pm. They will then go to PE or health in the afternoon.
We also ask all students enrolled in Remote Learning Only attend their non-PE exploratory class in the morning. They will have a physical or mental health activity they can complete after 12:00 at their convenience. Exploratory Teachers will communicate with students and are available by email if you have questions.
