Wellness Wednesday
May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Dear Old Fort Teachers and Staff,
May is Mental Health Month! We also just packed up the entire school and are trying to teach/work/survive/love/laugh/clean...well pretty much everything at the same time. Sounds like a perfect time to focus on our wellness and mental health. I'll share some resources and something to make us laugh. Thinking of you all and see you Friday for the graduation drive-through.
Much love,
Kristin
