Students and Parents, our mulch selling deadline of March 1 is coming soon.
Students, please share in your instagram stories and tag friends and families.

We really need more sales to support student and programmatic essential needs. Your invitations multiply the effort. We are here to serve you and want to see this fundraiser through to a successful end.

Ensemble Showcase Feb. 29th-STD
You are invited to the student Solo and Ensemble showcase on Feb. 29th. Full schedule forthcoming.
It will take place at both campuses and throughout the evening, roughly 5-8 pm.
Parents, you're invited to come 15 minutes early and stay15 minutes after your students performance, if you wish to support the other students who will be performing, as well.
Even though it is come and go, it really means a lot to the kids when they look out and see a larger audience there to hear them play! We hope to see you there!

We have sold over 1000 bags of mulch so far!! This is awesome, but our goal is over 8000 bags and we have less than 2 weeks left in the sale! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

selling mulch this year for Hebron Band’s first ever mulch fundraiser. All funds raised go directly towards supporting our hardworking kids in band with general operating costs, travel costs, uniforms, clinicians, and much more. We are also saving money to address much needed band trailer updates! We fundraise to provide the best experience possible to our students and community. Without fundraising, many of the amazing things our band does would simply not be possible.

Remember, we are asking every band student to sell mulch to ONE family, but we encourage you to sell more!! The average family uses approximately 25 bags of mulch. We are asking everyone to participate in this fundraiser, even if you have already met your fundraising goal. #AIATT
Students will earn $3 of fundraising credit for every bag of mulch sold.
DELIVERY HELP: We are still looking for people that have or have access to these type of vehicles:
· Any type of pick up truck
· Any length of trailer
· Pull behind trailer
We would need you to be available all day on March 23 for potential delivery of bagged mulch to surrounding areas, and you will have a crew to help load and unload. Please fill out the Google form below if you are able to assist.
OTHER VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We will need many volunteers on the day of delivery on March 23rd! Please sign up if you can! Details coming soon!

Golf Tourney Student Participation
We are asking that every student find one donation for the silent auction from a community business. Ask a business that you frequently support. See attached letters and information that you can give businesses when asking for donations/sponsorships.
“Hey band!
The annual garage sale and recycling event is almost here and we need volunteers and your support.
Like last year we’ re looking for 80 band members and 30 adults to work one of two shifts (Morning and afternoon). There are plenty of roles to fill including helping receive donations, pricing, help people with the purchases to their vehicles, road advertising, and the such.
We also need your donations for the garage sale, and Good News! We have our storage location 3 weeks earlier this year. If you have donation please place them in boxes in a manner where the boxes can be closed and stacked. At this time we can’t accept large furniture, but small items (like shelves) can be accommodated. If you have donations please contact Glenn Kimball at garagesale@hebronband.org to schedule a drop off or pick up. Finally, for the day of the sale we need any old hangars and plastic grocery bags.
This year we are doing more community outreach also. We’ll be reaching out to local businesses in the area and posting garage sale flyers advertising the event beginning March 15th, we could really use your help getting the word out. The more buyers we drive to the event the better. Once again contact me at garagesale@hebronband.org
