Welcome!
We look forward to building upon existing initiatives while adding a few new ones to the agenda. I would like to thank all community partners and family organizations (PTA, SBDM, Dad's Club, Peace Pantry, FOSP) for their work in preparing for this upcoming school year. There is no way that we are able to do it without you.
This will be a great school year. The theme for the year is "A Universe of Possibilities" because we are not allowing anything to limit the success that we will accomplish in developing our explorers academically, socially and emotionally. We are creating leaders of tomorrow.
Thank you all again and we can't wait to see you on Monday, August 15th at 7:35.
WE ARE...SOLAR!
First Day of School for the 2022-23 school year will be Monday, August 15th.
Starting with the 2022-23 school year we will have new school hours. The hours will be 8:00 am - 3:15 pm for all scholars and all grade levels. Doors will open at 7:35. You may click the image above for the article on adjusting campus hours.
The first week, each family will be given a temporary number system for pick up. The number is to be displayed in your dashboard so that those outside can call the scholars name.
The first week we will also be bringing the scholars outside due to the software system preparing our campus. This is temporary until we have all systems in place. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding in this process.
Please click above and below for the presentation.
For morning arrival ALL Explorers come through the front entrance.
For dismissal only PK and Kinder are still picked up in the back and 1st grade - 6th grade are picked up in the front. Siblings of PK and kinder scholars will still be picked up in the back with their younger siblings during the first week. (This process may change as we continue to upgrade our dismissal process.
We will continue our staggered release as:
PK will be dismissed at 3:00 pm.
Kinder will be dismissed at 3:10 along with siblings of PK and Kinder scholars. If your PK or Kinder Explorer has a sibling in the upper grades, they will be brought to the back but we are asking that you come to pick them up at 3:10 in the back.
