Owens Families,

Your student has wonderful resources available to support them at school, as well as, home as they prepare for upcoming STAAR tests in May. We recently took benchmarks and your student and/or teacher can tell you the level your child is currently performing at for each tested subject such as:

• Does Not Meet Grade Level
• Approaching Grade Level
• Meets Grade Level
• Masters Grade Level

The resource icons shown in the picture below, Mentoring Minds, and IXL are the best resources for extra practice on Reading, Writing, Math, & Science. They can be accessed through Clever. Email or call your child's teacher if you have further questions about what skills your child needs to focus on for specific subjects.

Below are pictures of the lost and found in our gymnasium so far. Please help us get items back to their rightful owners. If you have not already written your child's name in their winter gear, do so today with a sharpie. It helps us get items right back to your child when they are left behind. To claim an item from the photographs below:
