Letterman jackets in sizes XXS to 5XL are now available for purchase at https://www.hessawards.com/walton-fl. Jacket features include:

· Set-in sleeves (vinyl or leather)
· Knit trim stand-up collar
· Traditional snap front closure
· Slash pockets for storage (vinyl or leather)
· Lining (quilt)
· Customization (student's personal information)
Sizing for orders will be held in Braves Blvd. during lunches on Wednesday, September 13. Order forms may be picked up from coaches & the front office OR saved from the bottom of this page.

College Visit Forms Due Sept. 15
The deadline to return permission forms for next month's college visits has been extended to Friday, September 15. Completed forms must be turned in to Brag teachers or the SSA office.
College visits:
- 9th grade - Northwest Florida State College - Wednesday, Oct. 11
- 10th grade - Troy University - Tuesday, Oct. 24
- 11th grade - FSU (Panama City) - Tuesday, Oct. 24
- 12th grader - Pensacola State College & UWF - Tuesday, Oct. 24
Students will not miss class to attend, as we'll be testing other grade levels during the college visit times. Students must also have an extracurricular form on file in the main office to attend these college visits. Extra permission forms may be picked up in the SSA office.

War Whoop Pageant- Register by Sept. 15
The 2023-2024 Mister & Miss War Whoop Pageant will be held in the Walton High School Auditorium on Saturday, September 30, at 6:00 p.m. There will be three areas of competition: Mister War Whoop (grades 9-12), Junior Miss War Whoop (grades 9 & 10), and Miss War Whoop (grades 11 & 12). The entry fee is $35. The registration deadline is September 15. The pageant brochure may be downloaded at https://5il.co/23w0k.

Sign Up for Mentoring by Sept. 15
Students that would like to participate in the mentoring program at Walton High School should sign up in the SSA office by September 15.

Class of 2025 Blanket Fundraiser
Big news! Walton High School's new Class of 2025 fundraiser has arrived!
The class is selling 50" x 60" spirit blankets for $30 each. The two design options are pictured below. If you'd like to see (and feel) a blanket before you purchase, Mrs. Warren (chelsey.warren@walton.k12.fl.us / room 214) has a sample. These blankets are super soft & would be great for the upcoming winter months, for outside sports, and as Christmas gifts!
Order forms will be sent home with all juniors during BRAG on Tuesday, September 12. Orders may be placed by completing and returning these hard copy forms OR via the Google link below. Please do not complete both forms. Only one form (hard copy or digital copy) is necessary.
