5:00-5:45- Open House and tours of CCMS for rising 6th (from Fairview Elementary) and rising 7th (from Koontz Intermediate) families
5:00-6:00 - Pick up pre-ordered Chick-fil-a meals
CCMS Band Room: (For families of rising 9th graders)
5:00-6:30- Early College & STEM Discovery Academy presentation: required meeting for parents of students interested in applying to these alternative high schools.
6:00 Opening Session, Cafeteria
6:15-7:00- First Break Out Session
7:15-8:00- Second Break Out Session
Our CCMS cheerleaders and sponsors will offer child care for children10 and under for $5/family. Financial contributions will support the CCMS Cheerleaders.
Please reserve your meals and child care by completing the reservation form sent home in your child's report card and returning it to your child's homeroom teacher by February 7. Forms will also be available at your school and attached to the CCMS website, "Evening for Parents" link.
In the event of inclement weather, our Evening for Parents will be rescheduled for February 18.
