Coming in December: The Second Grade performance of the Nutcracker
The second grade class under the direction of our choir teacher, Mrs. Leah Barbarotto, will be performing the Nutcracker. The performance will be held on December 8th, at 6 PM in the El Dorado High School Auditorium. The public is invited to attend.
Gators of the Week for November
To be considered for Gator of the Week students must exemplify the following characteristics:
- Well mannered
- Excellent behavior inside and outside the classroom
- Respectful
- Diligent student
- Works hard
- Responsible
- Shows outstanding character traits, such as compassion, integrity, kindness, loyalty, trustworthiness, etc.
- Has good attendance
- Assist others in need

HG Classroom Happenings
Cookie Dough Reward
Kinder enjoyed their time in the game truck.
Picnic Passes
Students were able to enjoy the nice temperatures and eat their lunch outside.
Garden Lesson
Ms. Cross's class enjoyed a lesson out in the garden with Katie Farrin.
Veterans Day Parade
4th graders showed their appreciation for veterans.
American Education Week
Mr. Sawyer came and talked to Mrs. Lewis's class about his career as a lawyer and the importance of education.
Literacy Night
Students loved receiving the free books and all the fun activities.
Library Speaker
Ginger Bullard came and talked to the 4th graders during library about her travels to Egypt.
