Attendance Letter

All parents and guardians must sign in at the Ruhkala Main Office when entering the campus for any reason (volunteering, Friday Awards, parent/teacher meeting, etc.). Thank you!

We will be participating in a Pajama Drive through Scholastic Book Club. For every pair of pajamas donated, Scholastic will donate a brand-new book to the Pajama Program. The Pajama Program donates pajamas to families in need. The pajamas need to be new and in sizes from newborn to 18 years old. They must be a complete set or a onesie. The PJs can be for all seasons. Please bring your donation to the office by December 2nd.

Free, ZOOM tutoring classes for students over Thanksgiving Break. All classes will take place from 10-11 am, 1-2 pm, and 3-4 pm. The signup Google Form is linked HERE. Please see the flyer below for additional information.

In order to protect the learning environment of our campus, the safety of all children, and our campus's grass please adhere to the following:

• Please leave campus once you have picked up your child.
• Unfortunately, the TK/Kindergarten playground and front grass can not be used for playing/socializing.
• Please wait in one of our waiting areas for your child(ren). These areas include the area by the TK/kindergarten classrooms, the bus loop, or outside the back fence.
• Please wait on the sidewalk. Please do not wait on the grass or push strollers onto the grass.
• Please respect that concrete benches are used by classroom teachers for their students to wait on.
• Please use the crosswalks and cross the parking lot only with a Ruhkala staff member.
