Principal's Message 🤗
I hope that everyone has enjoyed their spring break! We are excited to welcome our scholars back for our final quarter of the 2023-2024 school year.
Ohio State Tests are just around the corner for our scholars in Grades 3-5. Throughout the month of April, our third, fourth, and fifth graders will be taking their Ohio State Tests in English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science (Grade 5 only). We will be wishing them well and doing last minute preparations to create an environment of excitement for our scholars to show what they know! Join us in wishing all our third, fourth, and fifth graders well on this very important test ahead!!
Due to creating the best testing environment for our scholars, all scholars (PS-Grade 5) will be expected to follow the Noble Big Four at all times. We will be celebrating positive behaviors that we see throughout the month of April. If scholars are struggling to maintain the Noble Big Four, I will be reaching out to families for support. In order for Noble to show the great things we are capable of, we need to work together to ensure our environment is best for our test takers this month.
Have a great week and ALWAYS REMEMBER TO SHOW YOUR NOBLE PRIDE 🐯
IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS
Student Safety Reminder -- All students (PS-Grade 5) are expected to follow our Student Code of Conduct. The Student Code of Conduct has misbehaviors outlined and consequences aligned via a matrix (towards the back) based on occurrence number. This tool is used by all schools in the district. CLICK HERE to access the Student Code of Conduct.
Visitor Safety Reminder -- Any visitor to Noble (parent, guardian, other visitor) must come through Door 1. First, all visitors need to check in with either our Security Monitor or Front Office Staff. After checking in, all visitors must report to the Main Office and wait there until a Front Office staff member is available to assist you. This is a safety measure in place to ensure the safety of all staff and students across the building. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Infinite Campus - Annual Update
These next two months, families that have not completed their Infinite Campus Annual Update MUST complete it for their student to attend our May Field Trips.
We need your help! We don't want any child to have to miss an upcoming field trip due to this Annual Update not being completed. If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, CLICK HERE to complete a form to activate your account. Once your account is activated (or if you already have a Parent Portal account), follow the visual below to make sure you complete the Annual Update.

PBIS Office Expectations
For the past few years, we have been focused on our Noble BIG FOUR expectations! These expectations to Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe, and Be Kind have been cornerstones of our work throughout the building. From classrooms to hallways to the playgrounds and everywhere in between, we have been working on reinforcing specific behaviors aligned to these four expectations throughout the building.
At this point, we wanted to share our expectations with all families and partners in order to help everyone understand "how we do business at Noble". When students meet the expectations, they are awarded Dojo Points that they can redeem at our Scholar Store (students shop every two weeks). When students struggle with the expectations, the expectations are retaught and, if needed, consequences are put in place. Our consequences are outlined in our Student Code of Conduct which is available below in our Important Resources section.
Attendance Update 📆
Our attendance rate to date is 92.5%. We have these next few months to get back on track and achieve our schoolwide goal of a 95% ATTENDANCE RATE!!!
We need your children here so please reach out to speak with Mrs. Burkey, our Noble School Social Worker, if there is anything that we can do to assist with improving your child's attendance.

Communication Plan for Persons with Disabilities
The District has adopted a plan for communications with persons with disabilities, which is available at the following link: Communication Plan. The plan establishes procedures to ensure that the District's communications with persons with disabilities, including applicants, participants, members of the public, and companions with disabilities, are as effective as its communications with others.
